The Holly Tree Club was founded in 1962, gifted in 1964 by Mrs Cora Collin for the use of the elderly and disabled of the village. The Holly Tree building and garden are held in trust with a part of the land in separate trust to the Deddington Housing Association providing four single storey dwellings accessed of Earls Lane.
To promote the welfare of the aged & physically disabled in any manner which may be deemed by law to be charitable within the Parish of Deddington.
